Q: Where are you guys located?
A: 2001 Johns Drive Glenview, IL 60025
Q: When are you open?
A: See our Schedule.
Q: Can I just drop in?
A: NO. Please contact us first if you are interested in our program. If you are a Crossfitter visiting from out of town and want to drop in for a WOD, email us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and we’ll make something work for you.
Q: If I become a member, can I do whatever workout I want?
A: No. If you have a Membership, you do the WOD that is posted that day.
Q: If I become a member, can I show up whenever I want?
A: No. Crossfit is based around WOD classes, so you need to sign up and show up on time for a particular class. However, there are no restrictions on which WOD class you show up for. If you are a member or are enrolled in Foundations, you can show up to any WOD listed on our Training Schedule.
Q: Do I have to register online for a WOD class?
A: Yes, REGISTERING ONLINE FOR CLASSES IS MANDATORY. Class sign up closes 1:00 hour before class start. If you cannot make a class please remove your name from the class. Our classes are capped.
Q: Do you have parking?
A: We do. Please do not park in front of any garage doors. Every other spot is fair game.
Q: Do you guys have showers?
A: No
Q: What if I can’t do the workouts you guys put up here?
A: Don’t worry, you can – Crossfit is “infinitely scalable.” It doesn’t matter what physical condition you’re in, if you have some basic functionality, you can do Crossfit.
Q: Why is this so expensive?
A: This question should really be “Why do you cost more than my Globo-gym membership?”, and the answer is that we provide a different (and far more effective) service to you.
First, we don’t get paid unless you come – we won’t take your money if you aren’t showing up. And, you can cancel your membership anytime – try doing that at the Globo-gym.
Second, what are you really getting for that Globo-gym fee? Have you seen results since signing up? How many years have you been going there? Give us six months and if you’re not blown away by your progress, then feel free to go back to the Globo-gym. We’re completely confident you’ll get the results you’re looking for, because we believe in what we’re doing and we’re invested in your success.
Q: Who does the 10% discount apply to?

A: No. You must be active duty to receive the discount.
Q: What if I have more questions?
A: Contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). We’ll get back to you within 24 hours. You can also call 847-834-9407 if you need an answer right away.

CrossFit Impact in Glenview/Chicago, IL is a great gym that I go to without fail whenever I’m in Chicago. Starting with the coaches, and continuing with the members and the gym itself, CrossFit Impact is fantastic and sure to help you make the most of your workout. I first visited CrossFit Impact over several days in November 2010 soon after it opened and then recently again in November 2011. My positive experience started as soon as I walked in the door when the coaches took the time to introduce/re-introduce themselves to me, ask about my experience and comfort in the gym, and then introduce me to all the other members in attendance...
