What is CrossFit Kids?

WHAT IS CROSSFIT KIDS?

CrossFit Impact Kids, Teens (ages 11-15) and ”Bears” (ages 6-12) programs create rockstars out of your children. At CrossFit Impact, no one sits on the sides – everyone participates while they discover how fun fitness can be!

At CrossFit Impact Kids, your child will progress through a series of levels. At every level, children learn new skills and build their fitness creating individuals ready to have and maintain a longer, healthier, more fun life.

CFI Kids Class

In addition to learning these new CrossFit skills, you will notice your child makes better food choices, is more focused in school, transitions to new sports easier, and has a reduced risk of sport-related injury.

At CrossFit Impact, you will see through the sport of fitness that your children become the best version of themselves possible. The tool we use is physical fitness, but our philosophy is that training CrossFit increases quality of life, both inside and outside the gym – Of course we want your kiddos to be stellar athletes, but we want to help create well-rounded individuals as well.

CrossFit Impact Kids is designed for every single child to experience and celebrate progress, regardless of age! As you watch your child grow in ability and confidence, you will also see them learn that hard work results in success. We can’t wait to work with you and your kids!

About Us



The CrossFit Impact Kids program is offered for kids ages 6-12 and for teens ages 12-18. Our classes are designed to challenge our kids in many different ways while maintaining a FUN and positive atmosphere.

One of the most unique aspects of our CFK program is month- long, movement-specific skill work. Each month the coaches will work with your children for a portion of the class on one specific skill, really honing in on the cues and motions of each of the fundamental movements of CrossFit. We all know as adults how important it is to master our lifts, and children have the minds of a sponge, so we create every opportunity we can for them to build a strong base for success. The coaches will work with each and every child teaching them cues to help them remember key parts of each movement. We have a strong belief in repetition and the majority of the workouts your children do will contain multiple repetitions of the skill we are working on that month.
