Amy L., Nate L. (age 10), and Zoey L. (age 10) Evanston, IL
Just wanted to start your day off with something positive. Nate and Zoe this morning both said how glad they are that we eat so healthy - what 10 year old says that?? And they said this while eating veggies at breakfast.
Now they have made up their own WOD and are doing that before they go to school. And for Nate that is after the 2 miles he and I ran together this morning.
