Front Squats x 6
Rest 20 seconds

Box Jumps x 6 reps
Rest 30 Seconds;


and then,


Three rounds for time of:

15 Ring Rows
20 Kettlebell Swings

Run to the tree and back twice

Kids’ Class Schedule Change!

Hey guys, there has been a change in our Kids' class schedule starting next Tuesday, April 3rd. Starting 4/3, Tuesday's class will be for kids ages 11-15 and run from 4:30pm-5:15pm, and Thursday will remain ages 6-12 from 4:30pm-5:10pm. We are super excited for this addition and we hope you are as well! Please let us know if you have any questions at all and we will keep you posted with further news and updates!
