Plank Hold 25 Seconds
1 length high-knee skips
1 length butt kicks

Review Movements for WOD

Run 600 Meters
30 Ring Rows
15 Push-Ups
30 Ball Slams
Run 600 Meters

Bulgarian Split Squats x 6-8 reps each leg
Rest 45 seconds
Push Press x 6
Rest 45 seconds;

and then,

For time:
Row 1000 Meters
