Thank you for making this Peru trip possible for me.
You and the Glenview CrossFit Impact program developed my strength, balance, and fitness. I now appreciate the “core strengthening” philosophy which made me physically capable of climbing these trails at high elevations, day after day! That’s amazing, I was skeptical last April when you said I’d be ready for the trip, and I couldn’t even do a push-up. You navigated me through the CrossFit program perfectly for my senior age and lousy physical condition. Thank you is very inadequate, I really appreciate your working with me and letting me be part of CrossFit Impact in Glenview, IL. Honestly, I wouldn’t have been surprised if you had told me last April that I wasn’t a candidate for the CrossFit program.
The people at CrossFit Impact have been terrific and patient with me in the workouts. I’ll never be first, or one of the strongest, but I will be in the action which is great for me at this time in my life. I’m looking forward to continuing my fitness program in Glenview CrossFit Impact.
