We have been spending a lot of time during the month of January working on our Split Jerk, and let me tell you, your kids are rockin' them! It comes as no surprise that their Split Jerks were so stellar, the Push Press is one of their favorite and most commonly used movements. It was only a matter of time until we added in a little stability element.
We have had our kids' pull-up bars for awhile, and now it's time to put them to good use. For the next month, Coach Carlos and I will be working through the pull-up progression with your kiddos, starting with monkey swings and working all the way up to the kip. Ready to have your little monkeys swinging from the trees? Give us a few weeks and we will show you that they will at least be hanging from the bars.
