
What are you going to work on this year at CrossFit? At school? In Cub Scouts? No matter what it is they want to do, our kids have goals too! Whether they want to keep that chest up on their front squats, get an A+ in Math, or earn that "Campfire" Badge in Cub Scouts, we want to know!
Just like the adults have a Goals board at the gym, your kiddos will have the opportunity next week to fill out a sheet with three sections to fill in their goals. They will have one CrossFit goal, one Education goal, and one personal goal (sports, Scouts, etc.) Not only will they bring a copy of it home, but they will keep a copy of it at the gym for everyone to see and help hold them accountable/aid in accomplishing these goals!
We are a team and we care about the success of your kids in and out of the gym. Get ready for a whole new year of fun, hard work and achieving new goals!
