Goals are Going Up TODAY!

There's been a good amount of talk around goal setting and accomplishing what you set your mind to the past few weeks during our CFI Kids' classes. These kiddos are geared up for the New Year and they are super excited to share their goals with you! Don't see it? Ask!! These guys are itching to share with you their passion for what's going on at school, with friends, at CrossFit, etc. Watch for the CFI Kids Krew Goal Board to be posted by EOD (end of the day) today, January 24th!

Warm Up:
2 Rounds of:
2 Cartwheels or Forward Rolls -> 15m High Knee Skips -> 15m Crab walk -> 5 Knees to elbows -> 5 Burpee Broad jumps

WOD:
AMRAP in a given amount of time of:
1 Split Jerk
1 Wall ball
1 Lunge step
2 Split Jerks
2 Wall Ball
2 Lunge steps
3….
