What does your best angry gorilla look like?! This month we will be focusing on the Deadlift. We will be getting down and into our best angry gorilla positions and working on every part of our deadlift, making sure our backs are strong and our hips are coming through at the top of our lift. Be careful, before you know it your kids will be beating their chests and asking for bananas!
