The New Year is approaching and so is a new skill for our Future Fire Breathers! This next month we will be going over the Strict Press and Push Press, really focusing on those overhead movements. We will ALWAYS be working on our squats, but it is time to move on to another movement!
Just as we are always building on our lifts and setting new goals/recording our results, we would love to know what your goals are for the upcoming year! What is it you'd like to accomplish at school? At soccer (or any other sport you play!)? At CrossFit? We will be writing these down next week, so start thinking about what it is you'd like to rock out at in 2012!
