Get Started with a Free Intro

The best way to start your training at CrossFit Impact is with a Free INTRO session. These are by appointment only. Call us to schedule at (847)834-9407

Our INTRO session is a complimentary one-on-one training session during which you'll get a chance to learn a lot more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself. It is by appointment only and is a prerequisite for taking a class. It's purpose is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience. After your INTRO, you can choose one of several membership options that give you access to our group fitness program and classes.

CrossFit Training

The CrossFit Impact training methodology is unlike any other. We implement various tools to help our clients reach their fitness goals, from nutrition counseling to expert coaching on complex movements. Our program is comprised of Olympic weightlifting, power lifting, kettlebells and basic gymnastics movements—we don’t do machines, and we don’t do gimmicks.
We focus our attention on being extraordinarily effective at coaching our clients to move efficiently to realize their athletic potential and achieve their fitness goals as quickly as possible. To ensure that all of our clients are provided with every opportunity to succeed, we require everyone to get started at CrossFit Impact in one of three ways: One-on-One Coaching, the Impact On-Ramp (small-group coaching), or by Testing Out.

Visitors

At CrossFit Impact we are always hearing from athletes who are coming into
town on business, vacation, family get-togethers and everything in between. We
absolutely love having visitors and we truly value your commitment to the sport,
even when you are heading out of town.
While we welcome fellow CrossFitters with open arms, there are a few things we do
require when an athlete is planning on visiting our gym:
1. THERE ARE NO WALK-INS ALLOWED.
2. All visiting athletes must contact us via email or phone prior to your trip, to
let us know when you plan on coming in and the duration of your stay/how many classes you plan on attending.
3. All visiting athletes must have completed a beginners/introduction program
at their respective CrossFit gym. You must also give the name of your current CrossFit gym.
NO BEGINNERS.
If you are interested in CrossFit and looking to get started, please visit the “Getting Started” section on our website.
4. Visitors must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the first class you are
signed up for with a completed copy of our waiver and your identification.
5. There is a $20.00 per class fee.

Geting Started at CFI

There are two ways to getting started at CrossFit Impact. We make sure that all new athletes walk through our beginners program, whether they are a professional athlete or new to exercising. We want everyone to be comfortable with our coaching style and movements. Safety is our primary concern. By learning at a slower pace, and really breaking down every movement, you will be set up for greater success in our program.
One-On-One Coaching
One-on-One coaching is the most effective way to achieve your individual fitness goals and gain mastery of our foundational movements. Over the course of 3-6 coaching sessions you will learn —at your pace—how to safely and efficiently perform our program’s most common movements. Your coach will tailor the pace of instruction and the rigor of your six sessions specifically to your fitness capacity, goals and preferences.

One-on-One Coaching is the quickest way to achieve your fitness goals, and is available to anyone interested in continuing to receive individual coaching beyond the introductory sessions.
One-on-One Coaching is strongly recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.

CrossFit Elements

The CrossFit Elements will get you ready for the CrossFit W.O.D. (workout of the day) classes that you see on our schedule.
Details
There are 3 CrossFit Elements Classes set in our schedule every week;
Tuesday 6:30am
Thursday 7:30pm
Saturday 8:00am
CFI Roots
Each class will last 45 minutes. The class is run similar to the WOD classes. There will be an extensive warm up. We will break down every movement and take you through a short workout at the end of the class.
The athlete will pay for a month of classes. They must attend a minimum of 8 classes in order to graduate to the WOD classes.
