Today, I am stronger, faster, and healthier than I ever thought I would be. Tomorrow, I will be even more so thanks to Carlos, Lindsey and Crossfit Impact family. Every time I return to their facility they welcome me with open arms and have so much more knowledge to share. I have never had a trainer or been to a gym that cares more about their clients or members. Not only do you have a great work out but Carlos and Lindsey take care of everyone as though they were family; from stretching, food logs, parties and more Crossfit Impact is second to none. It's unfortunate that I had to move because I know I will never find a better place or better friends than those at Crossfit Impact.
