Crossfit Impact is an great facility, with an extensive amount of new equipment in a space that looks professional and well-maintained. I was in town visiting from San Diego and looking to continue my Crossfit training while on vacation. I was excited to find Crossfit Impact, and Carlos made me instantly feel welcome and at ease as a visitor. Carlos is an excellent coach, who pays attention to detail and makes a point to ensure that the athletes understand the movements and get the basics down before piling on the weight. His classes are varied and challenging, and the camaraderie between the athletes was very supportive and positive. I will make sure to stop by Crossfit Impact again anytime I'm in the Chicago area to continue my Crossfit training
